日本橋(三越前)の人気の蕎麦屋さん。元々は、鰹節屋さん、だったそうで、つゆの鰹だしと鰹節ご飯が有名です。いわゆる立ち食いの蕎麦屋ではなく、脚の高い椅子に座って食べられます。
おだしの味は上品で、美味しいですね。鰹節ご飯も、少し食べ過ぎかなーと思いつつ、美味しく完食です。
その日は、食券を買う列と蕎麦を受け取る列の2列の行列ができてました。ただ回転は早く、それほど長く待つことなく、蕎麦を受け取れました。大人気の蕎麦屋さんです！
