平日の午後、親友と行ってきました。（２０１６年１２月）
【はんぺん】
厚みある真っ白なはんぺん。
江戸時代と変わらず、今でも鮫を使って作られている。
ふかふか食感の後、シュワッと口どけ。
最後に優しい旨味が、じんわり広がる。
そのまま山葵醤油で食べたり、少し炙って生姜醤油もウマイ。
日本酒のあてにもピッタリだ。
今まで色々はんぺんを食べましたが、結局神茂に行きつきます。
私は少し炙って食べるのが、大好きです。
