初訪 202012（No.2305）
日本橋、様々な老舗が存在する場所ですが、
こちらは、1688年（元禄元年）創業の半ぺん・蒲鉾の製造販売の
お店で、現在は18代目と言う超老舗であります<(｀^´)>
東京の Upper class の方々なら当然ご存知のお店ですので、
訪店当日もお正月の商品を買い求めて居られるご婦人方で
賑わっていましたが、特に表示もないのに皆様行儀よく
social distancing を守っておられて・・・(*^^)v
極上御蒲鉾（紅） 2916円
お正月やお蕎麦屋さんの蕎麦前として頂く事位しかない高級蒲鉾、
小さめの260gのモノで上記お値段ですが、庶民的な「鈴廣」辺りのモノでも
結構良いお値段（1000円⇧）ですので・・・(+o+)
魚はグチ（甘鯛）のみ、無でん粉で仕上げた最上級の蒲鉾で、
弾力溢れる食感と、加えられたみりんや砂糖の
ほのかな甘さが感じられる美味しい商品ですね。
クリスマスの購入で、賞味期限が1月7日でしたので、
来年はもうワンランク上の『御蒲鉾 和燦(白)』3780円にするか？
おでんのネタを購入するか？悩む処ではありまする～♡
