蒲鉾、はんぺん、おでん種などの販売店 |
創業元禄元年の日本橋室町にある老舗の練り物店です。
品揃えは、半ぺん、蒲鉾、さつま揚げなどのおでん種。
何回か購入していますが、いつもよりも混んでいました。
コレド室町開業効果でしょうか？
特に目を引くのは「手取り半ぺん」。
白くて四角くてぽってりとした形です。
今回購入したのは以下の通り。
・小半月しろ（230円）
小半月小柱（230円）
「手取り半ぺん」を半月型にした半ぺんです。
食べ方を聞いたら、お刺身のように生でわさび醤油でいただくのがお薦めとのこと。
生で食べる食感は、ふわっとして、口の中で溶けていくようです。
なるほどおいしいです。
・海鮮かき揚（210円）
野菜かき揚（210円）
大判のさつま揚げ。
こちらは、あぶっていただきました。
弾力があり食べ応えがあります。
値段は高いですが原料が吟味されているので、それなりにおいしいです。
