ずっと買ってみたかったはんぺん。
日本橋に本店があるのですが、東京に行ってもなかなか行けなくて。
名古屋高島屋の食品売り場うろうろしていたら見つけちゃいました♪
■ 手取りはんぺん ￥421
普通の白はんぺんの倍以上の値がする高級品でございますが、そのふっくら感を見ると買わずにはいられません。
原材料も非常にシンプルです。（値段が下がるにつれ添加物は増えるのよね）
まずはそのままで。噛むとしゅわしゅわーとなくなります。
わさび醤油で。練り物独特の魚臭さが少ないです。
バター醤油でさっと焼いて。たまらない。
こちらの練り物色々入れた贅沢おでんをいつか作ってみたいなぁ。
