三越前駅周辺、トンカツの激戦区にある小さなお店で、絶品ヒレカツ定食を発見。歳を重ねるとロースの脂がきつく感じるが、ここのヒレカツは別格。柔らかい肉質と豚肉本来の旨味が際立ち、揚げ技術はまさに名人芸。その味には、近くを訪れたら思わずリピートしたくなるほど。店内はこじんまりとして落ち着いた雰囲気、店員の丁寧な接客も心地よい。この評価、納得の逸品です。
