日本橋でお昼をいただいて、日本橋高島屋の美術展をみたりして、帰る前に少し休憩しましょうか。
今回は以前から行きたかったぺしゃわーるさんに訪問してみましょう。
ぺしゃわーるさんは日本橋高島屋から東京駅に向かって歩く途中の地下にあります。
階段を降りて、お店に入って、席に案内していただきました。
さて注文しましょう。
この日の本日のケーキは紅茶のシフォンケーキ、レアチーズケーキ、フォンダンショコラだそうです。
では、私も家内も小布施堂モンブランとコーヒーのセットにして、フォンダンショコラを追加でお願いしました。
以前、小布施に行った時に小布施堂のえんとつさんでモンブランをいただいたことがあります。
美味しいモンブランをいただいたので、期待しながらの訪問です。
そんなに待たずに到着です。
まずは小布施堂モンブラン。
和栗の風味が美味しいのですが、少し風味が弱めなのは季節のせいですね。
小布施に栗の季節に伺えば、もっと栗の風味が強いのですが、こればっかりはしかたありません。
土台はスポンジです。
コーヒーは苦味しっかりで酸味のない好みのコーヒーです。
そしてフォンダンショコラ。
温めてくださっているので、中からトロっとチョコレートが流れ出します。
このフォンダンショコラは美味しいです。
美味しいモンブランとフォンダンショコラでゆっくりと休憩できました。
