ゆず饅頭
長門はくず餅などが有名ですが、私の一押しはこの季節のゆず饅頭です。
生菓子ですけど、食べるとほんのり柚子の香りが漂うのですが、あくまでも漂うだけで、あんこの味にはそこまで干渉しないのです。ただ、すっきりとした餡子は甘さもちょうど良くお茶菓子にぴったりです。
見た目も大きさも可愛く、本当にオススメです。

日本橋と八重洲口の真ん中にあるお店。
間口が小さく、街に溶け込んでいるため、全く気がつかない。
お店で有名なくず餅を購入。
イメージ的には有名な甲州の桔梗信玄餅みたいかなぁと思ったら、全然すごかった。
テクスチャが違う。ちょっとすごいとろ〜んなのです。口の中での柔らかさ、滑らかさがすごい。
心地よい。
蜜は練り込んであるので、もう、口に放り込むだけの完成形。素晴らしい。美味しかったです。
