新幹線のお供は大体この弁松のお弁当です
豪華な海鮮や肉の弁当が持て囃されてますが
自分は経木の箱に白い包装紙に包まれた質実剛健なお弁当が１番です
見た目は地味な弁当ですが、どの具材も吟味されており
めかじきの照り焼き甘煮玉子焼いずれも甘く濃い目な味付けが美味いです
初めて食べたときは甘過ぎ醤油味強すぎと面を食らったのですが
今では定期的に弁松弁当を身体が欲するぐらいになりました
そして、こゆい食べ物を支えるご飯が美味いんだなと
白くてつやつや弁当のご飯では１番じゃないかと思うぐらいです
そして経木が良い感じに水分を吸収し風味を保ちます
江戸から続く老舗弁当店堪能しながらの車窓を楽しむのは至福のひととき
今回は１番シンプルな白詰にしましたが
良い事が有るとは並六に並かし七とグレードアップさせて自分にご褒美です
