東京都中央区日本橋2-4-1 日本橋タカシマヤ 3Fにあるパスカルカフェ 日本橋高島屋店（Pascal caffet）
店舗との仕切りが少ないのでフロアの一角で休憩できるような開放感。カウンターでゆっくりさせていただきました。
タルティーヌ ドリンク付 1,430円
カウンター前でホットコーヒーを一杯ずつドリップしています。ポットサービスなので二杯分。
トーストに塗るチョコムースが産地の異なるカカオのクーベルチュールを使用した焼きムース
3種違いを感じることができます。
ヴェネズエラはお花のようなチョコ。
エクアドルはバニラのような。
パプアニューギニアはスパイシーさを感じます。
どれもなめらかで香り高いです。
コーヒーもマイルドで程よい苦み。チョコレートムースがあいます。
いちじくのジャムも粒々が良いですね。ごちそうさまでした。
