今日も少し遠出して「とり安」というお店。
あの焼鳥激戦区の伊勢廣京橋本店と栄一と都鶏のある通りを駅から反対方向へ中央通りを渡ったさらに先にある。
ある意味焼鳥激戦通りの先という事だ・・・
１１時４５分頃に入店するも、少し余裕のある店内は７割ぐらい埋まっていたでしょうか・・・
この時間からこれほど集客できているというのは期待が持てます。
ランチメニューは７５０円均一
きじ焼重というのを注文。
店員さんが「キャベツ付けますか？」と聞かれたのでお願いすると、お皿にキャベツを盛ってくれる。
どうやらこのお店はご飯と味噌汁とキャベツが食べ放題なんだそう。
で、メインのきじ焼きを食べてみる・・・
香ばしく焼かれた鶏肉は臭みも無く美味しい。
きっとどこかのブランド鶏を使っているのだろう。
タレの味も抜群。
こんなに美味しい鶏肉を使っているという事は夜の焼鳥メニューはかなり良いだろう。
そぼろも美味しい。
そぼろの下に敷かれた海苔が良いアクセントを出しています。
もちろん味噌汁も出汁をしっかり取った美味しい味噌汁。
値段を含めて全てに満足のランチです。
やはり流行っているお店はその分利益も出ますから、それを良い形でお客さんに還元できるのが強みですね。
店員さんも余裕を持った人数で雇える。
必然的に人件費を節約していつでもてんてこ舞いになっている店員さんのお店より接客も丁寧になるし、笑顔で「いらっしゃいませ」「ありがとうございました」を言う余裕が出てくる。
だからお客さんはさらに集まる・・・
久しぶりに、そういう理想的なスパイラルで経営できているお店を見つけました。
絶対夜にもきてみたい。
