2 minutes from Mitsukoshimae Station ◆ A Chinese Cuisine where you can enjoy the authentic taste of Sichuan. We also offer a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course, perfect for various banquets.
Wang-chan's Chinese Restaurant Nihonbashi offers a wide variety of Chinese Cuisine, from Noodles perfect for snacks to noodles for the final course. We offer special dishes such as mapo tofu, made wit |
We walked down the alley, passing by the queue at the popular Tempura restaurant in front of Mitsukoshi. It was 7:30pm and there were about two groups of people. After that, more and more people came and it was full by 8pm. We started with their specialty mapo tofu, fried pea sprouts, and pickled mustard greens, then ordered salt-Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) and mixed fried rice. My friend doesn't like spicy food, so we ordered the mapo tofu at level 1, but it was just the right amount of spicy. It was served hot in a clay pot with a strong hint of pepper. We enjoyed everything while drinking cold jasmine tea. The kitchen and the restaurant are staffed by Chinese people, and the service is a bit blunt, but it's a great value restaurant with food that's better than what you'd find in a local Chinese restaurant. It's no wonder the place is packed with office workers from the neighborhood. Thank you for the meal.
