平成通り沿いの京橋郵便局向かいにはカレー革命があるが、そちらよりもより本格派っぽい（ぽいがポイント）のがこちらの店。
ランチ時は、昨今の値上げ前は１０００円未満で大方のメニューが食せたが、今や１０００円未満で注文可能なメニューは、「キーマカレー」か「野菜カレー」のみで、ほかのカレー単品は１１００円。セットものになると１３５０円～というのが現在の価格設定。１０００円を超えてしまう前はかなりの繁盛店であったが、客入りは１／３程度か。

この日は、ブラックキーマカレーを注文。店のデフォルトは写真の通り、通常の辛さで、卓上のスパイス半盛りで辛口、山盛りで大辛のところ、特別に辛く仕立て上げたのがこのブラックキーマである。辛さは３段階選べて、大辛、激辛、爆辛らしい。
小生は、小市民なので、身の程をわきまえて大辛を選択。それでも十分過ぎるほどに辛い。なお、ブラックキーマにはミニラッシーもついてくる。
個人的な好みでは、インドカレーはナンよりライスは。ライスを頼むと結構な分量のターメリックライスが。辛さと満腹で、午後しばらくは仕事にならなかった件は内緒。
