かなり期間が空いてしまったが、2回目の訪問。
こちらの鮨は男鮨です。シャリに合わせるは赤酢ではあるけれども効き過ぎず、マイルドささえ漂う。
ネタはとても良いです。サクを湯引きした鮪は漬けとし、和がらしを乗せて供される、江戸本来の味。
この日は春子が嬉しかった。爽やかな春の味ですね。
ここは、粋な使い方ができるお店だと思います。
まだ陽がある自分にさらっとフリで入り、握りだけマッハで摘まんで、サクっと帰る。暖簾を出ればまだ夕方の名残…。
そんな感じでしょうか。
