名店の天丼は、海老三尾、キス、小かき揚げ、ししとうという豪華なラインナップ。素材への自信からなのか、丼つゆは甘さが控えめで素材が主役に。それでも、一定度の塩気はあるので、天丼としての満足感も高い。 海老はぷりっと、キスはほくほくした食感を、ししとうは青さのある風味をしっかりと保持しております。かき揚げも烏賊と海老がリッチに使われるなど、普通の天丼との差が明確に伝わります。
