日本橋高島屋で何か持ち帰ろうと目についた村上さんに。
大好きな金沢の和菓子屋さんです。
残り2個だった
・塩豆大福 238円 x2
と、定番の
・黒糖ふくさ餅 254円 x2
をそれぞれ持ち帰りです。
ふくさ餅は1週間弱もちますが、塩豆大福は当日中。
そうでなくても早く食べたいですけどね。
塩豆大福は豆の食感が印象的。
小さめの豆が堅めなのですが、それと柔らかめの餅とあいまって、独特の食感でした。
中には上品な餡が入っており、豆、餅、餡のコンビネーションが良かったです。
ふくさ餅は定番、安心の味わい。
ふんわりとした皮にやはり美味しい餡。
定番の強さを感じる旨さでした。
やはり我が家にとって金沢の和菓子は相性が良いようです。
