鹿児島、奄美大島、沖縄の料理！
他事業部の後輩が籍を入れたとのことで細やかな祝いでの会食。普段、仕事で少しやりとりがあるので。
彼は、一度食事をした際に結構な左党だと知ったので、飲み放題で何か普通の居酒屋でない店が何かないかと調べていて此処を見つけた。日本各地にある郷土料理を扱う居酒屋はかなり好きである。勿論、その地に訪れたことがないこともある訳し、郷土料理も様々で食べたことがないものも多くある。沖縄料理は幾度も食べているが、奄美大島の其れとなると鶏飯、鹿児島料理となるとつけ揚げ（さつま揚げ）程度かも知れない。二人で利用出来る半個室に着座。主賓が上座である。当方、上座、下座は殆ど気にしたことがない。背凭れがある方がありがたいということはあるが。
料理は写真にあるもので、写真を撮り忘れた「かつおのたたき」があった。ビールで乾杯をして焼酎に流れ、最後は泡盛を飲んで楽しんだ。この店の飲み放題は種類も多く、その選択に不満がない。一つ一つの酒の味を峻別出来る程の鋭敏さは毛頭持ち合わせていないが、選択肢が多いのは良いことである。商業ビルの地階にあるが結構広い店である。天井も高く、清潔感もある。
鹿児島、奄美大島、沖縄の料理での共通となると豚肉であろうか。此処でも甘辛く煮込んだ厚切りの豚肉が供され、上にゴーヤと辛子が添えてある。ラフテーに似た様なものだが肉に味付けがよくしゅんでおり、とても楽しめた。
この店は、神田他にも幾つか展開している。結構、気に入った。
若い後輩は未だ20代。最近にしては若い結婚ということになるのだろう。でも、おめでたいことこの上なし！

この店は今迄に2度程夜に利用したことがあるが、昼間の利用は無かった。通常はこの逆となるのだが、12時前結構余裕を持って店に向かっても、既に店外の椅子に客が待っていることも多く、回転率の良さそうな感じでもないので利用せずで今になっていた。何かの折に、同僚二人で覗いてみるとこの日は運良く過ぐに店に通された。夜に利用したことがあるので店の構造は理解しているが奥に半個室となった様なコンパートメントが幾つか有り、此処は非常に落ち着いて食事が出来る。この際も4人掛けのテーブルを3人で利用。ゆったりと利用した。
料理は、鹿児島、奄美大島（鹿児島であるので重複するが）、沖縄料理を提供する店である。この日の昼食も４～５つあったが、カツオのたたきと油淋鶏のセットの定食を頼んだ。鹿児島は枕崎のカツオが極めて知名度が高いからだろう。セットにしたが為にカツオのたたきは僅かに３キレと少ないのが難点だが、反面、油淋鶏は大振りなものが２つ有り、その他の沿え物としてかぼちゃの炊いたものに肉そぼろを和えたものに、ひじきが付く。当然に味噌汁、ご飯は言うまでもない。此れで1,100円だったか・・・ 良心的である。
他にもラフテーがメインの定食等もあり幾分食指が動いた。すんなりと入れるのであれば、こうしたバランスの良いランチはありがたい。又、覗いてみよう。
