土曜の早めの夜、仕事終わりに同僚と訪問。
ゴーヤチャンプル、人参シリシリ、沖縄料理の珍味5種盛り合わせなど、沖縄らしい料理を注文しました。
どれも美味しかったです。ゴーヤチャンプルには、もやしが入るんですね。さっぱりしてて罪悪感低めにたくさん食べられらます。
個人的には、人参シリシリがとても好きな味でした。
酒飲みばかりの集いだったので、泡盛の種類が多くて調子に乗ってしまい、少し飲み過ぎてしまいました。
次はランチで沖縄そばを食べてみたいです。
