日本橋高島屋の地下１階にあります。
ガラスケースにパンが陳列している対面販売。
黒糖くるみクリームチーズや、香り高い紅茶マフィンも気になるところですが、
木村屋といえば、あんぱん。
久々に酒種あんぱんを購入することに。
130有余年前に7イースト菌ではなく、酒の酵母から日本で初めて作られたのだとか。
そんな酒種あんぱんの期間限定のフレーバーから２つチョイスしました。
■酒種 あまおう苺 180円（税込195円）
餡にあまおうのピューレを使用したピンク色の餡に
フリーズドライの苺が入ってます。
イチゴのほんのり爽やかな酸味と餡の甘味でサッパリ食べれます。
■酒種 ふじりんご
青森県産のふじりんごのシロップ漬けと無塩バターを白餡とあわせたもの。
シャキシャキとしたりんごの食感がいいね。
甘すぎずみずみずしい餡です。
お値段の割にはだいぶ小さめです。
パンがもう少し大きく、もうちょっとしっとりしてると嬉しいかな。
