2013/2/4 文明堂日本橋店がリニューアルオープン |
日本橋にある文明堂にてカフェでランチしてきましたが、あまり見かけないカステラがあったのでついテイクアウトしてしまいました。文明堂の店内、手前にはカステラ他の販売、奥にカフェスペースがあります。
カステラヨーグルトと、栗どら焼きを買いました。
カステラヨーグルト、あくまでヨーグルトはうっすらとさわやかな風味と酸味を感じさせる程度で、ベースは文明堂のカステラ。
どら焼きはこしあんのような栗が。美味しいです。
久しぶりに文明堂のカステラ頂きました。普通のカステラの方はカフェにて食べられたので、満足です。
