● メゾンカイザーのショコラのガレット・デ・ロア ●
今年２つ目のガレット・デ・ロアはメゾンカイザー。（１つ目のガレット・デ・ロアの日記）
昨年もメゾンカイザーを食べましたが去年はなかったショコラが出ていたのでもう一度買いました。
● メゾンカイザーのショコラのガレット・デ・ロア ● ８８０円
クレームダマンドの量が半分位に減ってチョコレートが重ねてありました。
食べてみるとクレームダマンドがチョコに負けてしまって、、チョコの味しかしません。
チョコのパイだと思えばこれはこれで美味しいのですが
クレームダマンドが好きな私にとってはチョコは余分かな。
今年は変化形のガレット・デ・ロアが多い様な気がします。
ケーキ屋さんのガレット・デ・ロアに比べてパン屋さんのガレット・デ・ロアはカジュアル傾向
と私は思うのですが如何でしょうか？

メゾンカイザーのクロワッサンはフランス・フィガロ紙でパリNO.1に
輝いたメゾンカイザーの看板商品。
ザクザクし過ぎずバターが効いていて美味しい。流石！
朝食にぴったりです。
ピスタチオ ３３５円
初めて見たので買ってみました。
どちらも大振りです。嬉。
ピスタチオ
生地の中にピスタチオが入っています。
生地もほんのりとグリーン掛かってる。
固すぎないクラストとやや軽い食感で食べやすい。
バターもオリーブオイルも合います。
カンパーニュ ３４０円
ライ麦が入ったカンパーニュ。
カットしてある物を購入。
そのまま冷凍庫へ～
