クロワッサン(216円)とチャバタ(233円)を購入。
・クロワッサン
発酵バターを使った自慢のクロワッサン。
フワッと柔らかいかんじでバリバリ感はない。
私の中でクロワッサンのNo1は、The city bakeryなので
それに比べると味に大差がある。
・チャバタ
エクストラオリーブオイルを練りこんだ食事パン。
水分が多く含んでいるので、しっとりもっちりしていて、
表面のクラストはパリッとしている。
ほのかにオリーブオイルの香りと味がしてとても美味しい。
私はクロワッサンよりチャバタの方が好きでした！
