外観も割ってみても，見た目なんの変哲もなさそうなくるみパン。
一きれ口に入れてみると，なんとも言えない柔らかさが拡がります。
食感も乾いた感じなのかなぁと思いきや，意外にもプチもっちりした感じ。
くるみもパン焼きの熱で香りがとんでしまったり，固くなったりしておらず，くるみ独特の香りと油分の柔らかみが十分に残っています。
聞けば，完全グルテンフリーを目指しているのではなく，米粉が入っていますという程度にパン生地の調整をしているとのこと。
なるほど考えましたね。
