いつもだったら中央通りを歩く日本橋なのですが、今日は気分を変えて昭和通りに沿って歩いてみることにいたします
この一角は昭和通りと首都高速に挟まれることで商圏が限られるため、それほど飲食店は多くありませんね
そんななか見つけた『アンティークビアバル うすけぼー』ってお店
ウイスキーの語源だとも言われる“ウィスケ”から名付けられたという店名に、ビアバルなのに何故ウイスキー？
なんてツッコミたくなる気持ちを抑え、地下へと続く階段を降りますと船室をイメージしたという設えに迎えられます
130席ほどあるとのことですが、ダイニングはいくつかのエリアに分けられていることで落ち着いた雰囲気での食事が楽しめそうですね
いただいたお料理はハンバーグ
正直それほど期待していなかったのですが、30mmほどの厚みがあるハンバーグにナイフを入れますと、その断面からは肉汁がにじみ出てきまして…
ほど良く残されたお肉を噛みしめる食感をも楽しむことができましたし、クラシックなデミグラスソースはご飯との相性が良いものと満足なのでありますが…
そのご飯があまり良いものでなかったことが残念でありました
お料理を注文するとスープ＆ドリンクバーをいただくことができるのですが、そこの置かれたプラスチックカップに残念さを感じていたのですが…
会計の前にドリンクバーに立ち寄りコーヒーなどを持ち帰るといった利用をされている常連であろうと思われるお客さまを見て、その目的に納得であります
