いや普通とはいい意味で。
なんてことを思いつつもはじめてのときは
なんて読めばいいのかわからず。
…なるほど、こすもって読むのね。
でもスピリチュアルなところはとくになく。
毎日日替わりでお安く食せる麺がおすすめだったり。
本日は担々麺。
それほど辛くはなく食べやすい。
ボリュームもけっこうたっぷり。
近所のサラリーマンに人気のご様子。
今度は定食でも食べようかなー
とか考えつつごちそうさまでした。

さて日本橋のビルの間をぶらぶら。今日はどうしようか。と歩いていると見つけたお店。不思議な名前「古寿茂」。意味はわからないが壮大さは感じる。ここは日替わりで麺が安くサービルされる。本日は五目うまにそば。良いでないの。
さっそく入店。お昼どきでもあり、満席。さっと口頭注文。ぼーっとしながら待つ。5分ほどで到着。あんかけ野菜がのった醤油ラーメン。スープをひと口。うん、普通笑。でもこのくらいがいいときってある。野菜がたっぷり摂れて嬉しいところ。麺もほどほどの量。少し物足りない人もいるかもな感じ。
途中で酢とか胡椒とかラー油で味変しつつごちそうさまでした♪
定食も気になるな…と思いつつお店をあとにする。
