穴場のスペイン料理の店@日本橋
仕事終わりに1人反省会に訪れました。
まずは泡ものでとメニューを見ると、ロゼのCAVAが。
珍しいので試しましたが、軽い渋みもありドライで爽やかでした。
つまみに生ハムとセロリの浅漬けを。

ついで目についたのはチャコリ。スペイン・バスク地方の微発泡のお酒です。
少し高いところから注ぐのが流儀。こちらでは20cmくらいの高さから注いでました。
こちらも微発泡で爽やかな酸味
ついでお目当てのフワッとしたスペインオムレツをオーダー
▫️半熟スペインオムレツ
フワフワの新食感。玉子2個にしてはボリューム感ある。お勧め!
▫️カジョス（ハチノスの煮込み：スペイン風モツ煮込み）
一人静かに飲むのも良し、カップルで楽しむのも良しのお店です。

辛口でやや渋みもあり、いい口当たり。
◇チヤコリ カチニャ Katxina
少し高いところから注ぐのが流儀。こちらでは20cmくらいの高さから注いでました。
少し発泡感もある爽やかな酸味でキレのいいワインです。

Please note that we operate with a small number of people, so delivery may be delayed during busy periods. Maximum number of seats per table is 6 people.There are only 3 tables that can seat 3 or 4 people, so please make your reservation as soon as possible. 7月末、4人で日本橋近辺での飲み会を、ということでこちらを提案。あまり大人数には向きませんが、2人から６人位までなら、丁度良い雰囲気です。
この日は、人気No.1のレゼルバコースで。
コースには、生ハムから始まって、独自のフワフワのスペインオムレツやアヒージョ、パエリヤと一通りついていてお得に楽しめます。
乾杯は、CAVAの白をグラスで。
そのあとは、食事には白が合うかなと、思ってボトルワインのリストを見たのですが、スペインの土着品種はチンプンカンプンなので、とりあえず目についたソーヴィニヨンブランで。爽やかな辛口で料理にあいました。
これで６千円程度とはお得ですね。
