Please note that we operate with a small number of people, so delivery may be delayed during busy periods. Maximum number of seats per table is 6 people.There are only 3 tables that can seat 3 or 4 people, so please make your reservation as soon as possible. 週一外ランチデー。
何を食べようかなあ、朝から楽しみな日。
あまり食べたことがないものがよいな、と思いこちらに決定。
ランチでパエリアが食べられるというレオンさん。
高島屋の裏手、吉野鮨のすぐそばのお店。
オフィスからとことこ歩くも5分とかからず、11時半の開店に早く着きすぎてしまった。
開店までしばし近所をうろうろ。
開店と同時に入ると、おひとりさまということでカウンターに案内される。
席間をあけて、隣の椅子にバッグをおくようにとすすめられる。
早速、パエリアランチをお願いした。
店内は厨房とホールに男性お一人ずつの態勢。
しばらくしてまずサラダが届く。
大きめの器にたっぷりグリーンサラダ。
ほんのり甘味のあるドレッシングをまとっている。
食べ始めていると前菜のお皿。
少量ずつであるが、レバーパテに、キャロットラペ、生ハム。
グラスワインが欲しくなりそう。
キャロットラペは爽やかな柑橘の風味で、人参嫌いの私でもさくさく食べられた。
Sho Curryで味見させて頂いたキャロットラペに続く美味しさだ。
レバーパテはほんのりレバーの香りを残しているが、香草などでうまくまとまっている。
そうしているとメインのパエリアが到着。
まとめて作ったものを小分けにしてお皿に、のスタイル。
海老、ムール貝、鳥もも肉がころん。
ぱらりと炊かれていて、あまり濃い味ではなく美味しい。
ご飯の中にもベビー帆立、イカなどが入って具沢山である。
海老の殻はむいたのだが、結局おめめだけ残して綺麗に食べてしまった。
キチンキトサンをきちんと摂取できたことだろう。
食後にアイスコーヒー。
これで1000円なら日本橋界隈ではお手頃なランチだと思う。
男性にはもう少しパエリアの量があった方がよいかもしれないが。
私の後にお見えになったのは皆さん女性客。
おひとりさまも、連れ立っての方も入りやすいお店なのだと思う。
また全員、パエリアをお召し上がりだった。
どれも美味しく頂いたランチだった。
しかし、いつか鍋ごとのパエリアをとことん食べつくすのが夢である。
