一応11:30オープンとなっているが、のれんが出るのはそれより遅くなることもよくあるよう。
伺った日は11:35オープン。オープン前はキレイに並んでいるわけではなく、周りで様子を伺っていた5、6名がまとめて入店。
一人一人注文を聞きに来てくれるわけではないので、なんとなく入った順に、注文していく感じ。細かくどのお客さんがどのメニューと書き留めているわけでもないようで、順番前後は普通にある。
煮込みが人気。骨がびっくりするほど柔らかい。そしてびっくりするほど美味しい。ご飯軽めと注文すると、代わりに冷奴や卵焼きなどの小鉢を選択できる。700円はコスパが良すぎる。ごちそうさまでした。
