ライブ終わりの、大腹減らし夫婦の遅い夕飯です。
このあたりは、あまり詳しくないので、
お肉とワインを食べたくて、食べログ検索。
ラストオーダー、閉店まで、間もなくという時間帯です。
注文は、そのボリュームを確認せずに、一気にオーダー。
なんか、頼みすぎな気はしたのですが。。。。
二人なのに、３人分のオーダーでしたね（笑）いつもの大食いパターンです。

イタリア、トスカーナ州のマッツェイ家の作る、キャンティ クラシコ
フォンテルートリは、サンジョヴェーゼだけでなく、メルロも混ざってるんですね。
飲みやすいワインなんですが、凝縮感も多少ある、優等生ワインです。
サントリー系のお店なので、このワインもサントリー扱いなのかな？？
お店独自で、セレクトして仕入してるのかな？？
プライスも市場価格の倍ぐらいですから、良心的レートのお店ですね。
『からすみとサルシッチャのパスタ』 １,３８２円
からすみの風味が、微妙です。
私としては、からすみテイストがもっと欲しい気がしますが、
これ以上強くすると、臭くなってしまうのか？？？
サルシッチャもいろいろありますから、
特に、ソーセージ的な肉の味わいはあまりなく・・・
このパスタは、名前負けかな？

本日のメインディッシュ。
これを食べたくて、こちらのお店に来ましたからね。
たっぷりのオリーブオイルで、表面をカリカリに
揚げ焼き的にしっかり焼き、
オーブンで、肉を休めて、
カットして、肉汁たっぷりで、出て来ました。
運んでくる数秒の香りが、生唾ものですね。
これはうまいです。
霜降りの脂だらけのしつこいサーロインではなく、
いい赤身の美味しいステーキに仕上がっています。
こういうのが、私には、ベストです。
『チーズ５種盛り』 １,４０４円
閉店まで時間がないので、一気食いしてしまいましたが、
残ったワインをチーズのお供で・・・
まあ、チーズの方は、パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノ、チェダー、
コルゴンゾーラ、スモークチーズ、ブリーチーズと、
定番の物ばかりで、チーズ好きには、ちょっと寂しいですね。
本日の夕飯のお会計は、 １３,８４４円
次回は、ゆっくりと出来る時間に、肉喰いにまた来たいと思います。
