平日ランチ時間に訪問。
日本橋室町にあるこちらのお店、青森産素材を多く使った青森料理中心、湯島にも系列店があるようでこちらが本店のようです。Webサイトを見ると通販もやってますね、なかなか手広いです。
お店の場所は近くには金子半之助やはんなりやがあり競合ひしめく激戦区です。
お店の中は席が4席ほど空いていますが、1人のお客が鞄を隣の席に置いていて座れない。。詰めることができません。
一階カウンター席を促されて着席後に注文。お刺身3種と黒豚のしゃぶしゃぶ定食1,500円なり。値段とメニュー名に豪華さを感じます。
メインのお刺身は新鮮、しゃぶしゃぶは意外と普通の胡麻だれでさっぱり。ランチにマグロは流石に日本橋ではつかない笑、でも充分。
さらにうどんと鶏肉の小鉢がついて値段以上にお得感があります。
