ランチの黒豚辛味噌丼。
味噌はあまり感じず、しょっぱ辛い。
しかし何か中毒性のある味付け。
伝説のスタ丼にも似てますが、肉質は
間違いなくこちらの方が良い。スジばった
部分は全く無く柔らかい。安い豚肉の
嫌な脂の味がしない。美味しいです。
福島から直送されてくる馬刺しは冷凍しないで
生のまま提供。これはぜひ夜行かねば。
