2015年9月16日リニューアルオープン |
昨年末から仕事帰りの行動範囲が大幅に変わって、時々京橋や日本橋へ足を伸ばすことも多くなった。
※僕に合わせてくれてみんなありがとう！
この時も元会社の同僚と一緒にここらで待ち合わせた。
彼が来るまで僕はこの明治屋で軽くショッピングをすることにした。
ってうか、僕はここ明治屋の旗艦店に来るのは10年ぶりぐらい。
入居する明治屋京橋ビルは1933年竣工でその姿はとても厳かでテンションが上がる。
本社もこのビルにあるようだね。
そして店内に入ってもテンションは上がる。
お菓子一つとっても、他のスーパーには無い種類のものが沢山並んでいて、特にせんべい等の米菓はとても美味しそう。
高級スーパーという意味では成城石井も特色はあるけど、この明治屋はなんていうか「重み」「品」を感じるんだよね。
そんなここで買ったのはかりんとう、いかなごの佃煮、ジャムだ。
その後、友人との飲みを済ませ、家に帰ってかりんとうを食べてみた。
・・・美味し！
なんていうか、歯ざわりが軽く味も妙に甘すぎない・・・とにかくそこらのスーパーでいつも置いてあるものとは「モノが違う」んだ。
でも、値段はそんなに高くもない。
よし！これからはなるべく明治屋の品物で「食」を代替していこう！
