デパート地下食品街にある料亭経営のお惣菜部門。
こちらは京料亭らしいお惣菜の種類が多く
伺うと選ぶのが楽しみになるお店である。
落ち着いたスタッフさんの対応はどの方も丁寧。
胡麻豆腐、もちっとした食感で胡麻の風味豊か。
煮物は、料亭らしく目にも麗しく、白出汁が効いてとても美味
これらは定番で伺うと購入する。
今回は
高野豆腐の品物があり楽しみに購入。かつおだしが感じられる出汁が効いている。
