50mくらいの間に4軒のお蕎麦屋さんが連なるこの八重洲仲通りで、あれ～～1軒行ってなかったと初訪問したのが「蕎麦一心たすけ 日本橋店」、朝に行ってみたら中々良い感じで、立ち食いそば３軒の中でも一番人気のお店と比べて遜色ない気がしました。
朝そば（たぬき＋たまご）440円の食券を買いカウンターで渡すと、茹でますからお待ちくださいというだけあり、立ち食いそばとしては麺がしっかり目の良い感じだし、お出汁は甘めだけどたぬきの天かすは揚げ玉でなく、いろんな天ぷらを揚げたものなので、春菊やゴボウなどのいろいろな味で美味しいし、彩りのさやいんげんがまるで高級店のようだし、温泉玉子か生卵が選べるのもうれしく、選んだ温泉玉子がゆるゆるじゃなく好みでした。
ハイチェアの椅子もあるし、蕎麦湯もポットで提供されていて、いろいろ良かったです。
物価高の昨今、この場所でこのお値段で提供することは企業努力のたまものと、感謝しながらいただきました。
