東京がザワザワし始める３週間ほど前の仲良し従兄弟の嫁ちゃんとのランチです。
この仲良し従兄弟の嫁ちゃんはホテルブッフェが大好物なんですが、今回は予定を変更してこちらを訪問。
日本橋で中華ランチです。
ホテルと名がつきますが、ホテル内ではなく商業施設のビル内にあります。
常連さんなのか店員さんとご歓談しているお客さんが多めでした。

前菜はちょこっとずつ３種類でしたがどれも美味しくてビールがくいくいと進みました。
続いて飲茶３種類。
熱々の蒸し立てで、小籠包は火傷に気をつけながらジューシーさも楽しめました。
そのあとの海老のすり身ライスペーパー包み揚げが特に好きでした。
パリパリとした外側の食感と中身のすり身の食感が合わさってとても美味しかったです。
最後はちまき、杏仁豆腐、焼菓子としっかりとお腹もいっぱいになりました。
コース料理でしたが、出てくるスピードがスムーズでストレスフリー。
ビールはランチ時にしては高いなぁと思いましたが、喉越しはとっても良かったです。

接客は落ち着いていて好印象を受けました。
ランチ時のアルコールがもう少し安いと助かるんですけどね。
２杯も飲むとけっこういいお値段になりました。
料理は全体通して美味しくて満足でした。
