冬季限定和牛すじ煮込膳
初訪問です。
コレド室町の3階にあるこちら。
三越前駅から徒歩2分ほどの場所にあります。
房家自体は関東中心に7店舗チェーンとしてあるお店のようです。
看板に冬季限定で牛すじ煮込という文字がでたものの、13時過ぎになると大体売り切れになっており気になっていました。
平日の13時前の来店です。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席があります。
4割くらいの入り具合でした。
本日頼んだのは、
和牛すじ煮込膳 1300円
7〜8分で運ばれてきました。
鍋がグツグツというか、シュワシュワというか、シャーっと音を立てて煮立った状態で運ばれてきました。
キャベツ中心のサラダは結構なボリュームがあります。
他に小皿にキムチともやしのナムル、杏仁豆腐がついてご飯と煮込鍋です。
なんせ煮込の豪華なこと、中にはたくさんの牛すじが入り、豆腐と卵も入ってます。
とにかく牛すじがやわらかくて美味しい。しかも厚みも大きさもあって噛むと旨味がよくでます。
味付けが甘さがありつつ、程よい塩加減で非常にご飯にあうのが素晴らしいです。
豆腐は絹どうふ、煮卵は黄身がかたく煮えちゃってるのが残念も味がほどよくしみて美味しかったです。
ぷるぷるの杏仁豆腐も甘さ控え目の優しい味付けでした。
この煮込のクオリティと量を考えると1300円は安い。
1番人気という上ハラミ膳も気になりますので、次はそれで。

3度目の訪問です。
上ハラミを食べたいと初回で思いつつ、また次に牛すじ煮込を食べてしまった自分。
しかし、結果から言うと完全に煮込のが良い！3.８→3.6にしました。
本日頼んだのは、
上ハラミ御膳 1500円
ミディアムレアでお願いしました。
スープは白濁した牛骨スープで、臭みなくミルキーで旨味があります。
サラダはたっぷりとキャベツ中心、その他キムチともやしナムル、杏仁豆腐です。
肝心の上ハラミ丼はわりに想像していたより薄めのハラミで、あまりレアではない焼き加減。甘さのあるタレがかかっています。肉自体はそこまで旨味があるわけではなく、旨味もタレに負けている。
これならたっぷりの肉が入って、しかも旨い煮込のが断然良い！
ということで、やはり次は煮込にします。
