昨年シェイノで味わった興奮をまた味わいたいと思いつつ、少しコストを抑えなたいなと思っていたところ発見した姉妹店。三越前駅からすぐの所にあります。お店の雰囲気は本家に近く、他のお客様もお上品、私たちが一番やんちゃだったかも知れません。この日選んだのは12000円のコース。値段は幅広く設定されていますが、それはみな品数によるもの。最近食も細くなったので品数が少ないものがあるのは有難いしコースシェイノに比べるとお安いですよね。そして今回選択したコースだとマリアカラスは食べられないだろうと思っていたのですが、＋3500円で頂くことが出来ました！うれしすぎ！
本日のメニューは写真の通り。全部美味しすぎました。
⚫︎ウニ 岩手県から。下にオクラのソース。上にはキャビア。
⚫︎鮎のロール これが前菜だなんてなんと贅沢なのでしょう。。鮎柔らかすぎる。味噌のオイルも素晴らしい。
⚫︎鱧 激ヤバです！
⚫︎説明不要。マリアカラス。仔羊の炭火焼きからチェンジです。もう臭みもないし、フォアグラがかなりマッチしています。パイも周りがサクッとで中しっとり。オーストラリア産のトリュフも贅沢だしこれなんなのー！！また食べたい。。
総じて最高のお店。スタッフの教育も一流。次は家族で行きたいです。
