初版から５年以上経ってるので
現状は違うかも知れないけど、
会社の想いに打たれたなぁ
確かにこれを600円で提供頂くのは有難い。
蕎麦はこれに合わせて粉等を決めたのか？
というのが第一印象
鴨が纏った汁を一滴しするのが
美味しさの秘訣？
何れにしても蕎麦屋としての
小諸蕎麦の完成形なのかも
基本座って食べられる
東京駅前店が閉店したため、
当店が職場から最寄り
間口は狭いが、結構奥まで座席がある。
内装も比較的新しい。
頼んだのは大盛り冷やしばかし蕎麦に
海老天をトッピング。
オヤジの解釈であるが
たぬき＋きつね＋とろろ
さっぱり頂ける
