日本橋駅からほど近くに位置するこちらのお店を利用。
平日の14時ごろとランチタイムのピークを越えた時間帯の利用。
ただ、他のお手頃な価格で食べることのできる場所が少ないからか、お店を訪れた時にの店内の満席率は7割ほど。
お店を出た14時15分ごろには満席率が3割ほどまでに下がっていたのが印象的です。
今回はもり蕎麦の大盛りを注文。
注文方法は入り口で食券を購入して（現金のみ）カウンターで渡す形。
注文から1分以内と驚異的なスピードで提供されるのは嬉しいところです。
もっとも、味としてはかなり多店舗と比べて劣るというのが正直な感想。
麺がふにゃふにゃでかつ水もあまりしっかりと切られておらず、歯ごたえも味もかなり微妙でした。
店舗によってなのか利用時間帯によってなのか何が要因で味がひどくなってしまったのかはわかりませんが、期待を大きく下回る結果となってしまいました。
