このエリアの蕎麦屋の新規開拓はもう良いかなーと思っていましたが、同僚に誘われてランチで訪問した更科。
11:30頃お店に到着しましたが、すでに3組程待ちでした。
その時間から並ぶと言う事でハードル上げて、寒い中待っていました。
初回訪問がイタリアンならカルボナーラ、中華なら麻婆豆腐を頼む私。蕎麦屋は天ざるか天せいろを注文して、美味しければ再訪します。
更科の天せいろ1,400円でした。
このクォリティとお値段で、人形町あたりで12時に並ぶのはしょうがないですが、11:30で並ぶなら行かないかな、が素直な感想です。
