ゴルフの後、プレーの振り返りも肴にワイワイやりながら美味しいお酒と料理を楽しむ。いつの間にか恒例化して、いつもこの時間が楽しみになっている。今回も、お酒の品揃えが充実していて、料理が美味いこちら、銀座にある縁銀座さんでみなとワイワイやった。
この日は、料理はコースをお願いしてもらった。コース名は朧月・・・旬を詰め込んだとのこと。まずはビールやら酎ハイやらで乾杯！
先付けは、旬の食材を使った前菜の三種盛りとのこと。右側は赤蕪とか赤く染めた大根とか左側は忘れたが、さっぱりして美味しい前菜だった。
そしてお造りは、寒鰤とメジマグロ。切り身の厚さ、大きさがいい。刺身やこういう切り身で食べるのが美味い！魚の美味しさが口の中に広がり、満喫できる。たまらんです。
次は椀物で、野菜のすり流しだったのだが、これは野菜のすり身感が残っていて、なかなか個性的なお椀だった。こういうのってなかなか食べられないので嬉しい一品。
次は揚げ物で、鱈。熱々であるのはもちろん、鱈の美味しさを満喫できる一品。お酒がグイグイいけちゃいます。
そして蟹酢で口の中をさっぱりさせる。蟹が美味しく、いい感じ。
焼き物は今回、豚肉の棒葉焼きだった。これがまた美味しかったね。味噌がいい味でした。こういう料理は豚肉の美味しさが引き立つ。そして酒が進む。
最後の食事は、けんちん蕎麦。茶そばでさっぱりいただいた。野菜がたっぷりで最後に食べる食事としていい感じ。
この朧月のコース料理で飲んだ日本酒は8種類から10種類ぐらいだと思う。1合ずつ頼んでいるので、10種類飲んだとしても一人当たりは2合半（益々繁盛）ということでおめでたく、かつ、色々な味を堪能できるということで充実した時間だった。
いろんな日本酒堪能しましたメニューにあった日本酒は、冷酒から冷や、燗酒まで30種類以上あったと思う。どれを飲むか迷ったら、迷わず店員さんに相談するのがいい。いろいろ解説しながら進めてくれる。日本酒好きにはたまらないお店。
是非、再訪したいお店です。
