コロナ禍の時にランチで来て以来のエリックサウス。
勘違いかもしれないですが、プレートの内容が少しシンプルになったかしら？という印象を受けました。（勘違いならすいません。）
一種のカレーが選べるライトミールスで注文。
サンバル、ラッサムなどは南インド料理専門のお店でしか味わえないスープですね。ご飯と混ぜると何故か美味しいって感じです。
バスマティライスの方が合うなあという感想です。
今度はビリヤニを是非食べようと思います。
