久しぶりの東京駅。
すごい人ですし、色んなお店ができていて、何を食べるのか悩む。
あまりにも選択肢が多すぎる。
その中で、この食べログを駆使し、八重洲側の地下街に南インド料理のお店を見つけます。
お店の人にスタンダートを聞いて、ライトミールスにします。
選べるカレーは、エリックチキンカレー。
カウンターで待つと、案外早く出てきます。
早速、独特のスパイスの香りが漂う。
食べ方のガイド通りにやってみる。
まずは、ババトというおせんべいの様なものを割って横にして、カレーの器を外に。
で、カレーとライスを混ぜて食べます。
思ったよりも辛くないし、好物のタイ米とフィットしています。
言葉では表現しにくいのですが、美味いな。ほっとする。
その後、サンバるという薬味も混ぜて、最後はヨーグルトもかけて自分の好きなように頬張る。
もう、グチャグチャだけど、混ぜるたびに味変するのはなかなか楽しい。
