あの名店「流石」出身の大将が打つ蕎麦は繊細です。
お昼はコースがおすすめですとのこと。
前菜に海苔のお汁と卵焼き、いたわさ、鰊がでてきました。
鴨汁せいろ
濃いめのお汁がいいですね。
しっかり濃いのに辛すぎない。
綺麗な細みのお蕎麦は喉越しがいい。
歯ごたえも抜群。
これは美味しいです。
九条葱とお揚げのお蕎麦
お汁が澄み切っていてうどんのお汁のようです。
おダシが素晴らしい。
全部飲み干してしまうお汁です。
付け蕎麦と温かい蕎麦とでお汁がこれだけ違うのは珍しいですね。
どちらも食べたくなる旨さです。
