年末営業のお知らせ |
日曜の15時ごろ予約なしですんなり入ることができた。銀座のミシュラン1つ星「流石」からの暖簾分けのお店とのことで楽しみ。以下を注文。
・蕎麦味噌
・だし巻き卵
・炙り鴨ねぎそば
・プリン
蕎麦味噌はカリカリの実に濃いめの味噌が良い。お酒がよく進む。お蕎麦屋さんのだし巻き卵にハズレはない。ちょっと甘めかな。メインの炙り鴨ねぎそば。鴨の脂の甘み、そして香ばしさを十分に感じることができる。プリンはけっこう店内でも宣伝されており推されてるのかな？少し硬めの濃厚な味わいのプリン。
お会計はお酒合わせて1人5,000円弱。お通し代約8,00円とお酒一杯約1,000円とこのあたりが少し高め。
美味しいお蕎麦を食べることができるが少し高めに感じてしまった。
