東京、八重洲にある博多料理のお店、「博多道場 八重洲店」さん。久しぶりの東京出張の晩御飯のお店として、同僚と訪問しました。
店員さんは、外国人の方が中心で国際色豊かですが、料理の種類は、九州料理がずらりとラインナップ。
まず、目につき頼んだのが、「鶏皮の串焼き」。博多のソールフードですね。タレの甘過ぎる味が少々気になりましたが、カリッとした焼き味がお酒を進めます。
他には「チキン南蛮」や「辛子蓮根」など、呑み助の心をくすぐる両親がいっぱい。
ついつい750mlの焼酎のボトルを2本開けてしまい、チョッピリしんどい2日酔い。
これも仲間と飲むお酒は美味いということで、勝手な解釈をしてしまう自分が情け無い！
