This is a restaurant where you can casually enjoy authentic "Hakata Hot Pot" and "Domestic Beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)" dishes using "Hanamidori" with your friends after work. There are many other |
I discovered a place where I could enjoy a beautiful lunch set meal, with the chewy texture and deep flavor of salt-grilled local chicken and refreshing yuzu pepper. Surprisingly, there were no other customers when I entered the restaurant. The local chicken was not blackened by charcoal grilling like Miyazaki local chicken, but was colorful and beautifully presented. Each part was well-balanced, and the chewy texture and deep flavor of the meat stood out. The yuzu pepper was particularly delicious on its own, and no other seasonings seemed necessary. The cabbage was also crunchy, and I enjoyed it together with the other dishes. The rice was a little hard, and it seems that a large portion was available. The miso soup and Small dish were quite ordinary, but I was satisfied with the taste of the salt-grilled local chicken. The price was a little high, but considering the location in Nihonbashi, it was within the acceptable range. I was satisfied because it was delicious.
