バイト先のお客さんのお土産で、フィナンシェのプレーンと紅茶を食べた。
ちょっとすごいなこれは…
初めてフィナンシェで感動した。
表面はカリカリとねっとりの間の食感。フィナンシェにしろマドレーヌにしろ、外もふわふわのものしか食べたことがないので新鮮。
そして中はふわふわ。
豊かなバターの香り。
いやこれはすごい。
外のカリカリ具合が絶妙で絶品。
例えは悪いんだけどガムを食べている時に似た食感。中がカリカリ外が柔らかいという点で。
今度は自分のお金で買いに来よう。
