こちらの店名の “ラベイユ” とはフランス語で “ミツバチ” の事ですが、
約70年以上前に愛媛の養蜂家として「蜜柑のはちみつ」を採っていた
という歴史からスタートされており、現在は東京高尾山の山麓とその周辺で
養蜂事業を続けておられるとの事でありまする～♫
扱って居られる拘りの蜂蜜は、世界12ヶ国80種類以上で
出店先の大半がデパートですので、高級蜂蜜屋さんですね(^^;)
これまでに、「山形県産のさくらんぼの果肉」を
「ハンガリー産アカシアはちみつ」で煮詰めた季節限定の
『はちみつコンフィチュール（さくらんぼ）』と
はちみつを使った『フロランタン・オ・ミエル』は購入済みですので、
今回は目先を変えるべく以下の商品を購入させて頂きました。
『はちみつコンフィチュール（白桃）』 1080円
丁度「桃」の時期と言う事でしょうが、季節限定で「国産白桃」を
「国産アカシアのはちみつ」で煮詰めたコンフィチュールです。
白桃のなめらかな果肉とフルーティーな甘みが楽しめる美味しい商品です。
