神田駅南口から3、4分ほど、日銀通り沿いの分かりやすい立地にお店がある。
店内に入るとその日のお肉がずらりと並ぶ。これだけで食欲がわいてきます。
予約名を伝えると2階に案内された。
席には予約名の書いてある飾りがあり、その心配りが嬉しい。
接客は肉の部位の説明など、とても丁寧である。
いくつかの熟成日とgが各部位ごとに選べる様になっており、黒毛和牛37日熟成に内ももを注文。
常温に戻してから焼くと説明があったが、注文後30分かからないくらいで出てきたので割と早い。
お酒は白のグラスワインを注文したが、コップで出てくるスタイルで好みである。
サービスも行き届いているし、肉も美味しいので人気なのも理解できる。
